Event Decor Policy

Thank You for Choosing HD Bloom & Co. for your Event Decor Needs.

We’re dedicated to bringing your vision to life and ensuring your event is truly unforgettable. To provide a seamless experience, please review the following guidelines before submitting your order:

Booking and Preparation Timeline:
    •    To ensure availability and adequate preparation, we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for all events.

Final Sale Policy:
    •    All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all event details before submitting your inquiry and completing payment.
    •    Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. Please ensure all selections are correct before placing your order.
*This policy is in place as items will have been purchased and the preparation process will have begun immediately after order is placed*

Damage and Loss Policy:
    •   A refundable damage deposit will be added to your total event cost if you are renting any of the following: $200 for arch backdrops and $50 per cake stand rented. This deposit covers any potential damage or loss of rented decor items during your event.
    •    The deposit will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days after the event if all items are returned in their original condition.
    •    If any items are damaged, lost, or missing, the deposit will be used to cover repair or replacement costs. If damages exceed the deposit, the client will be billed for the remaining balance.

Outdoor Event Weather Policy:
For outdoor events, we strongly recommend securing a tent or other weather protection to prevent damage to the decor. HD Bloom & Co. is not responsible for any weather-related issues that occur during the event. Please note:
    •    No refunds will be issued for weather-related incidents.
    •    We will not be able to assist with moving or covering the setup in the event of inclement weather.
    •    Equipment and decor must remain in the original setup location. Clients are not permitted to move the equipment under any circumstances.
    •    Balloons are more likely to pop under direct sunlight. While we use high-quality balloons that are less prone to popping, extreme direct sunlight can still cause them to burst. We recommend setting up in a shaded or covered area to minimize this risk.

Thank you for understanding and helping us ensure the safety and quality of our services!
